Licorice root, rasberry leaves, aniseed, cinnamon bark, orange peel, hibiscus, slippery elm, and ginger.
How to make
Steeping:1 teaspoon per cup
5-10 min. @ 212°F/ 100°C
Making a decoction of this tea on the stove is the preferred method over steeping. 1 teaspoon in a metal strainer per 8oz of water. Gently heat to a simmer. Cover and simmer on low for 5-10 minutes to desired strength.
